This is the time it takes to complete your order prior to shipping
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. As a small business mom, I carefully pack each order with attention to detail to ensure it meets my quality standards. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays, and I kindly ask for your understanding in allowing extra time during periods when I may take time off for family needs.
You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped or is ready for pick up. If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll reach out to you directly to keep you informed.

Shipping to the U.S.: U.S. orders are shipped with tracking using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so no additional charges will be due at delivery. Please note that once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for customs processing delays or carrier transit delays.
