*Within Canada - Lightweight packages may qualify for shipping by Canada Post Regular Mail (NO TRACKING).  By choosing "Canada Post Regular Mail (NO TRACKING)" at checkout, you the buyer are agreeing to no refunds and/or replacements if your item is delayed due to but not limited to strike, weather, lost and/or damaged during shipping etc. Refunds and/or Replacements are not provided to items shipped by Canada Post Regular Mail (NO TRACKING).

Customs , Import Taxes & Tariffs

Shipping to the U.S.: U.S. orders are shipped with tracking using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so no additional charges will be due at delivery. Please note that once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for customs processing delays or carrier transit delays.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange*

Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed until item has been returned in New/Unused/Unwashed Condition.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, if originally payment method is no longer valid; a store credit will be issued in lieu (no exceptions).

apply, for example but not limited too;

• Returns ARE NOT accepted on Custom Orders and Bulk Orders (if there is a problem with your order please reach out directly so we can come up with a resolution.)
• 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns
• Returns/Refunds are not accepted on orders refused due to/but not limited to Customs Import Fees/Duties/Tariffs
• Original Shipping Fees/Postage will not be refunded

Please fill out the "Request for Return" form prior to returning any items. You will receive a Return Notice Form via email to include in your return package once your return has been approved.
