That’s why every order I ship includes tracking (unless otherwise requested/selected), so you can monitor your package every step of the way. From the moment it leaves my home office to its arrival at your doorstep, you’ll always know where your order is. Reliable, secure, and transparent—just the way it should be.

Light Weight Items

Light weight items (ex. decals, stickers, lens cloths etc.) will have the option at checkout to ship Canada Post Regular Mail (NO TRACKING).

By choosing "Canada Post Regular Mail (NO TRACKING)" at checkout, you the buyer are agreeing to no refunds/replacements if your item is delayed, lost and/or damaged during shipping.

Refunds and/or Replacements are not provided to items shipped by Canada Post Regular Mail (NO TRACKING).

Customs , Import Taxes & Tariffs

Shipping to the US: Most orders are duty-free and tariff-free when the total falls under the $800 threshold. However; buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes & tariffs that may apply. Cedar Designs and/or any affiliates are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange*

Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed until item has been returned in New/Unused/Unwashed Condition.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, if originally payment method is no longer valid; a store credit will be issued in lieu (no exceptions).

*Some exceptions may
apply, for example but not limited too;

• Returns ARE NOT accepted on Custom Orders and Bulk Orders (if there is a problem with your order please reach out directly so we can come up with a resolution.)
• 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns
• Returns/Refunds are not accepted on orders refused due to/but not limited to Customs Import Fees/Duties/Tariffs
• Original Shipping Fees/Postage will not be refunded
• Return Shipping Fees/Postage will not be refunded

Please fill out the "Request for Return" form prior to returning any items. You will receive a Return Notice Form via email to include in your return package once your return has been approved.
